Abstract	У статті розглянуті основні підходи до формування системи запобігання та протидії корупції на державній службі. Проведений аналіз визначень поняття «корупція», особливостей антикорупційного законодавства в Україні. Розроблені заходи запобігання корупції на державній службі. In the article the authors present the main approaches to the formation of the conditions for preventing and combating corruption in the public service. In the article the authors analyze the definitions of "corruption", the characteristics of anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine and develop measures to prevent corruption in the public service.
