Abstract	The financial analysis of the banks and analysis of risk manage¬ment systems’ effectiveness occupies a significant place in the system of banking su¬pervision. With the purpose to provide an adequate control it is necessary to improve the approaches, to orient them on the most significant issues which require urgent regulatory action. It was proposed to use a differentiated approach to individual structural and functional groups of banks. Фінансовий аналіз банків та аналізу ефективності системи управління ризиками займає значне місце в системі банківського нагляду. З метою забезпечення належної контроль треба поліпшити підходи, щоб орієнтувати їх на найбільш важливих питань, які вимагають термінового регулює дію. Було запропоновано використовувати диференційований підхід до окремих структурним і функціональним групам банків.
