Особливості регулювання системного фінансового ризику у світовій практиці

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості регулювання системного фінансового ризику у країнах світу та виокремлено основні підходи до регулювання: залежно від факторів виникнення ризику, включення до системи регулювання ринку цінних паперів, залежно від участі фінансової установи у формуванні системного ризику, регулювання системно важливих фінансових інститутів, регулювання тіньового банківництва.

The article is about the peculiarities of systemic financial risk regulation in different countries of the world. The main approaches for systemic financial risk are identified: according to the factors of risk occurrence, inclusion into the system of securities regulation, depending on the contribution of financial institution in the systemic risk formation, regulation of systemically important financial institutions, regulation of shadow banking.
