Abstract	Стаття порушує проблему, що загострюється як у фінансовій сфері в цілому так і щодо банківської системи. Кредитні спілки, які формувалися на паритетній основі позичальників і кредиторів в Україні за часів її незалежності, сьогодні переросли у сильні фінансові структури. Точніше вони стали прототипом приватних банків, але діють далеко поза правилами фінансового ринку. The article violates a problem which is sharpened as in a financial sphere on the whole so in relation to the banking system. Credit unions which was formed on parity basis of borrowers and creditors in Ukraine in the days of determination of its independence today outgrew in strong financial structures. And more precisely became the prototype of private banks, but operate far out of rules of financial market.
