Abstract	Досліджено особливості формування кредитної політики кредитної кооперації в Україні через здійснення рейтингової оцінки. Доведено необхідність впровадження на державному та регіональному рівнях системи стабілізації та фінансового оздоровлення кредитних спілок, створення системи страхування вкладів та фінансових ризиків, забезпечення оптимального використання кредитних ресурсів. The role of credit unions in imploving the financial services for consumer cooperatives is considered. In order to maintain a certain level of working capital, consumer cooperatives should take part in creating chedit unions, whіch allows to arrange for a loan guickly, apply differentiated interest rates, postrone maturity date. In terms of credit relations, credit unions are based on the need to account for the credit unіon’s own іnterests, іts owners, borrowers and government in general.
