Вивчення тенденцій захворюваності та поширеності хвороб серед населення та порівняння цих показників у Полтавській області та в Україні загалом

Abstract

The health status of the population is an indicator of the country's socioeconomic development, an integral part of the level and quality of life of people. One of the most important tasks of the state is to preserve the health of the population, as the main potential of the country's production resources. The study of trends in the incidence and prevalence of disease among the population is an important component of planning strategic directions for development, both the health system and the state as a whole. Men and women perform different roles in society, determines their predisposition to various diseases. When studying the health care system, it is necessary to objectively assess the health status of men and women, to identify special needs depending on gender. The purpose of this study was to study the dynamic features of prevalence and incidence rates of various diseases in men and women in the Poltava region and in Ukraine as a whole for ten years. The study was conducted by epidemiological and statistical methods. The statistical data of sectoral statistics for ten years, the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, as well as the Main Department of Statistics in the Poltava region were used. As a result of the study, trends were established for primary morbidity and prevalence rates for the main classes of diseases in men and women (18 and over), the structure of the indicators, and the rate of growth and growth rate of these indicators among the population of Poltava region and Ukraine as a whole for the ten years. Stan zdrowia ludności jest wskaźnikiem rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, stanowi integralną część poziomu i jakości życia. Jednym z najważniejszych zadań państwa jest utrzymanie zdrowia jako głównych potencjalnych zasobów produkcyjnych. Studiowanie trendów w zachorowalności i częstości występowania choroby w populacji jest ważnym elementem planowania strategicznego kierunki jak system ochrony zdrowia, a państwo jako całość. Mężczyźni i kobiety mają różne role w społeczeństwie, co prowadzi do podatności na różne choroby. Badając system opieki zdrowotnej powinien obiektywnie ocenić stan zdrowia mężczyzn i kobiet, w celu określenia konkretnych potrzeb w zależności od płci. Celem niniejszej pracy było zbadanie właściwości dynamicznych i częstości występowania różnych chorób u mężczyzn i kobiet w regionie Połtawy i na Ukrainie w ogóle w ciągu ostatnich 10 lat. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone metod epidemiologicznych i statystycznych. Używane statystyce przemysłowej statystyki z ostatnich 10 lat, Statystyki Państwowej Służby Ukrainy i Departament Główne statystyki w regionie Połtawy. Badanie zostało ustawione trendów wskaźników podstawowej zachorowalności i chorobowości dla głównych klas choroby u mężczyzn i kobiet (18 i starsi) parametrów struktury i dynamiki i tempa wzrostu tych wskaźników wśród ludności Połtawa regionie i na Ukrainie w ogóle w ciągu ostatnich 10 lat

Стан здоров’я населення є показником соціально-економічного розвитку країни, невід’ємною складовою рівня та якості життя людей. Сучасний стан здоров’я населення України можна охарактеризувати, як незадовільний. Стійка тенденція до зниження рівня здоров’я населення країни спостерігається протягом останніх років [6-12]. Одним із найважливіших завдань держави є збереження здоров’я населення як основного потенціалу виробничих ресурсів країни. Вивчення тенденцій захворюваності та поширеності хвороб серед населення є важливою складовою планування стратегічних напрямків розвитку, як системи охорони здоров’я, так і держави в цілому. Чоловіки та жінки виконують різні ролі у суспільстві, що зумовлює схильність до різних захворювань [1; 3]. При вивченні системи охорони здоров’я необхідно об’єктивно оцінювати стан здоров’я чоловіків та жінок, виявляти особливі потреби залежно від статі для подальшого використання отриманих результатів при формуванні політики в галузі охорони здоров’я України [2- 5, 13; 14].
