Abstract

Винахід належить до хімічної промисловості, зокрема до виробництва гранульованих азотних добрив. Обертовий віброгранулятор розплавів містить корпус з патрубком для подачі розплаву, кільцевий колектор з кільцевим каналом, розподільник розплаву з напірними лопатями, циліндричну камеру з перфорованим днищем із лопатями, що має отвори для витікання розплаву, розташовані на різній висоті і на різних відстанях від осі обертання днища, так, що осі отворів витікання спрямовані в різні боки під різними кутами до обрію, які змонтовані з можливістю обертання від приводу, змонтованого на порожнистому валу, встановленому в підшипниковому вузлі, джерело вібрацій для дроблення струменів розплаву на краплі, що включає вібратор і шток із диском-випромінювачем на кінці, причому кільцевий колектор виконаний з тангенціальним патрубком для подачі розплаву в колектор, а до кільцевого колектора жорстко закріплений зворотний конус, що з'єднаний з кільцевим каналом, причому перфороване днище виконане у формі півкулі, а лопаті, які змонтовані у перфорованому днищі, розташовані з зазором 2-6 мм від його внутрішньої поверхні та установлені під кутом 10-12° від осі обертання, крім того, зовнішній край лопатей повторює форму перфорованого днища. The invention relates to chemical industry, in particular to the production of granulated nitric fertilizers. A rotary vibrogranulator of melts contains a housing with branch pipe for supplying the melt, an annular collector with annular channel, a distributor of melt with pressure blades, a cylindrical chamber with perforated bottom with blades, which has openings for discharge of melt, located at different height and at different distances from the rotational axis of the bottom, thus, that the axes of openings of discharge are directed toward different sides at different angles to the horizon, which are installed with possibility of rotation from a drive installed on a hollow shaft mounted in a bearing unit, a source of vibrations for jet disintegration of the melt into drops, which includes a vibrator and a stock with disk-emitter at the end; moreover the annular collector is made with tangential branch pipe for supplying the melt into the collector, and to the annular collector a reverse cone is rigidly fastened, which is connected with the annular channel; moreover the perforated bottom is made in the form of a hemisphere, and the blades, which are installed in the perforated bottom, are located with a clearance of 2-6 mm from its internal surface and are installed at the angle of 10-12° from the rotational axis, furthermore, the external edge of blades follows the shape of perforated bottom.
