Abstract	We have studied efficasy of lacidipine in patients with mild arterial hypertension and diabets mellitus type II. we have shown that the use of lacipidine was associated with significant negative arterial blood pressure, increased exersice tolerance and decreased clinical sigus of stable angina. there was no significant negative influences of lacipidine on hemodinamics.
