Abstract |
The influence of the plasma charge density waves on directional diagram of radiation of the modulated electron beam that flows close to length limited uniform diffraction grating (Smith-Pursell radiation) is theoretically and experimentally investigated. The theory is based on the numerous solution of integral equation that obtained in preset current approximation. The theory results are satisfactory agree with experimental studies of the diffraction radiation fine structure in mm range.
