Abstract

Influence of physical loadings on man' organism with prevalence of sympathetic nervous system studied in the research. Antropometric and functional data have established with the questionnaires about influence of physical exercises and development of physical qualities at the young, healthy people with prevalence of sympathetic nervous system. The young people - sympathotonics are imposed with exercises on development of high-speed physical qualities more. They will better carry out the specifications with run, navigation, ski races on short distances. In training time on endurance, flexibility, force results too to be improved, but high sports results sympathotonics will not show. These data can be taken into account at selection of children in sports section, in educational institutions at delivery of the control tests, together with for preventive maintenance of health.
