Abstract	Endogenic intoxikation status was studied in the patients with diabetics foot. The autor has suggested the algoritm of treatment modalities including autileicociting perfusion in arteria femoralis: of heparine, insuline-prolonged, ceftiaxon (longacef) and dalargin (tirosil-2-alanil-glicilfenilalanil-leicil-arginin). The combinant differentiated treatment in the patient with “diabetic feet” ulcer has resulted favourable outcome in neuropathia and successful outcomes in neuroishemia damages.
