Abstract	CONCERNING THE HISTORY OF POLITICAL EMIGRATION FROM SOVIET RUSSIA: THE DOCTOR OF MEDICINE VLADIMIR KIRILLOVICH TROFIMOV K.K. Vasyl’ev; A.A. Viksna Vladimir Kirilovich Trifimov (1872-after 1943) was a graduate of Yurievsky (Nowadays Tartuh) University. He was a district doctor in Liogovo in a provincial hospital in Penza. Fro 1924 till1931 He was the private senior lecturer of medical faculty of the Latvian University where he taught operative surgery and topographical anatomy.
