Abstract The effective numerical method for research of non-stationary nonlinear processes of heat transmission in tribotechnical systems with a mobile contact zone on a surface of mating of heterogeneous materials is developed and approved. For research of processes in skew fields with a restricted zone of a skin effect at a high-intensity thermal loading methods of affine transformations and special receptions of condensation of factors of a matrix thermal decrement are offered. The equations of heat transmission with the scaled factors for bivariate calculated schemes are reduced. Numerical implementation is circumscribed. The slide block with rectilinear directing is instanced calculation of a thermal condition of a knot of abrasion of type.
