Abstract	Permanent estimation and overestimation of company value must become the basis of cost approach to company management, fundamental principle in building of business philosophy itself. The main aim of the company must become the value maximization. Only those decisions which are directed on extension of company value can be considered as rational, and only those companies which are guided in their activity by value criteria may be recognized by the market real-effective.
