Abstract |
The problem are the investigation of physical processes in work space of magnetron gun and study evolution of electron beam. For solve this problem the three-dimensional transient mathematics model of magnetron gun was created. Thank for this model the process of generation electron beam simulated and taken distribution of charge density in gun work space, particle distribution of cathode bombardment energies, coordinates and velocities. The electron beam evolution in time is shown.
