Abstract |
The most typical particularity social and economic scientific thought last fourth twentieth ages become reasons of the ecological catastrophe, way of its decision and possibility of the realization efficient ecological politicians in condition of the progressive economic development. Main by problem given studies is a determination of the conceptual positions to achievement of the firm development on former soviet space on base existing concept of the firm development of the Ukraine, Russia and similar approach for whole former soviet space.
