Abstract	In the article problems of the municipal property in Ukraine, internal structure of the attitudes(relations) of the property, enterprise of the municipal property, property on ground, display of the municipal property, objects of the property. The author shows necessity of inclusion in a municipal pattern of ownership such objects as ground, natural resources, woods, water resources, that will allow to create a reliable financial, economic basis for bodies of a local government. In the article necessity of development of the Law "Аbout municipal of the property" is justified which should define a legal mode of the property of a territorial public.
