Abstract	This article considers a problem of development of ecological criteria due to which it will be possible to estimate efficiency of ecological activity of the enterprise and ecological stability of the enterprise. In article similar criteria which are used in the foreign companies (British Telecom; SAS, Sweden; Body Shop, the Great Britain; Amoco Oil Refinery) and in the enterprises of the Sumy area (OJC “SumyСhimprom” and OJC “Centrolit”) are analyzed. There are given recommendations for creation system of ecological criteria on the basis of this analysis.
