Abstract	The modeling of Transportation Systems requires use of the powerful mathematical maintenance. Some mathematical models of Transportation Systems are considered in this article. They permit to increase the efficiency of Flexible Manufacturing Systems’ work at the expence of the rational organization and the transformation of material streams.
