Abstract The efficiency of intensive therapy in 103 patients with icterohemorrhagic leptospirosis was studied. The most effective complex of therapy with haemosorption, haemodialisis and lymphorhea was determined. The using of this complex has helped to reduce the motility from 43 to 14%.
