Abstract	Spontaneous Bremsstrahlung of an electron theoretically is investigated at scattering on the nucleus in a field two moderately force of electromagnetic waves in noninterference of area. The amplitude and differential cross section of investigated process is obtained. Is shown, that in area moderately force of fields a partial cross section factories on a product of probability of a radiation (absorption) of photons of both waves, which is determined by universal function I ls , on a cross section of a spontaneous bremsstrahlung of an electron on the nucleus without an exterior field.
