Abstract	The article deals with the ргоblem of female speech peculiarities conditioned by gender differences. The author identifies gender speech peculirities and analyzes them both within the framees of one language system, and. comparatively in SL and TL (English. Ukrainian and Russian). The research corried out showed that the phenomena allomorphic for English аre rendered in Ukrainian/Russian by means of some semantically (but not structurally) close phrases that correspond to the original denotatively and in the expressiveness as much aspossible. Some common images are rendered adequately as well as a number of language `phenomena isomorphic for oll the three languages.
