Abstract	By the numerical calculation of 3D flow and power characteristics of hidrolic turbines on the computer was determinated the main reasons of irregulary distribution of powers and moments on the shovel. It is proposed the calculation algorithms of coordinates of axel turning, relative of which hydro moment on shovel of guided apparatus in the range of regimes of untearing of flow doesn’t depend on the angle of flow.
