Abstract	Researches of galvanomagnetic properties of thin films of the Co and threelayers Co/Cu/Co, got electronbeam evaporation in a vacuum are conducted. Temperature dependences of magnetoresistance and coercitive force of samples in temperature interval 150-700 K in conditions of ultrahigh vakuum are studied.
