Abstract |
Various displays of functional infringements on the part of a heart at chronic lung processes are known, including at tuberculosis as well, which gradually form a lung heart. A condition of a heart at SPE has not been investigated yet. The authors observed 109 patients with the given syndrome. The changes of pressure in lung arteries, a change of a corner a size and a heart rhythm were established with the help of an electrocardiography. All these changes in the majority of cases had functional character, at absence of pathological processes in heart, and were stabilized at the liquidation of pleurisy with effusion syndrome.
