Abstract |
We examined 85 patients with vertebral basilar failure (VBF). The patients’ age ranged from 31 to 60 years. It was received the study clinical manifestations, data of neurophysiological and X-ray investigations. It is proved leading role of atherosclerosis and degenerative-dystrophic damage of the spine in the pathogenesis of VBF.
