Abstract	The researches of chemical compound and conductivity of thin films of Ni and alloys Ni-Cu in weak magnetic fields (100 Oe) in temperature interval 100-700 K in conditions of ultrahigh vacuum are spending. The results of measurements of dependence of value of resistivity, temperature coefficient of resistivity, magnetoresistance and coercive force Нс from temperature for the films of various thickness d = 10-150 nm (Ni) and components concentrations (Ni-Cu alloys) are submitted.
