Abstract |
In the experiments on the white rat-males line Wistar - showed, that in acute toxic liver disease by the flying compounds of the epoxyde resine ED-20 (ER) occurs oppression of reactions for the first and second phases of biotransformation of lipotropic substances.
Flavinate, lipine, acetylcysteine and quercetine in a bit slighter degree, used according to the treat-preventing scheme in first 12 hours after poisoning restrain evolving the breach in NADPH-depend hydroxilase system of liver. In later terms, in the conditions of increasing the hecsenal sliep - the efficacy of these medicines, expecially lipine is decreasing. Action of lipine and flavinate more expressive in decreasing of negative ER influence on the reactions of the first phase metabolism of foreign substances and acetylcysteine and quercetine - of the second phase. Influence of nicotinamide on the NADPH-depend monooxihenase hydroxilative enzyme system of liver in the conditions of developed pathology slightly shown.
The inductor of epoxihydrolase - omeprasol - decrease the activity of liver oxidases with mixes function, while clofibrate inducts this activity. Using clofibrate before the acute intoxication by ER partialy prevented appearing breaches in the liver monooxihenase system functioning. The preliminary action of omeprasole hadn’t an influence on the excretion of amidopirine metabolits with urine, but essentially decrease the protraction of hecsenal sliep in the later terms after the ER poisoning.
