Abstract	The author had investigated immune status with 56 patients of hard bronchial asthma. It was detected expressed immunesuppression with patients who got steroid drugs: decrease content of T-suppresors, natural killers, receptors of transferrini. It is necessary to use immune response modifiers for correction immunesuppression effects of steroids drugs and foe prophylaxis of infection complications.
