Abstract	We have analyzed the efficacy of selective ingibitor COX-2 nase in the treatment of osteoarthritis. For the assessment of efficacy we used visual analog scale, Ritchi indexes, range of motion. Up to 15 day of treatment by nase we achieved significant improvement of pain and inflammatory syndromes and function of affected joints.
