Abstract |
Authors show, that pleural effusion localization is depended on pathophysiological conditions of pleura.basal It is shown 13 examples of pleural effusion syndrome were revealed at 307 patients with pleural diagnoses (basal pneumonia - 10effusion where therwas localizatio.Authors give a hypothesis of this localization development and mistaken , cardiac insuffiency II б - 3) with which the patients were wrongly treated for long time. It is offered differential diagnostic criteria.
