Abstract	The essence of technological conflicts in organizational structure of the enterprise is analyzed. The most important parts of the technological conflicts (subject, object, factors) are investigated. In conclusion the author suggests the model of the technological conflicts that can be used in the quantitative estimation of the potential conflict level in the management structure.
