Abstract	The author of the article has analysed archive data of the cases with vegeto-vascular disfunctions. The pathology has the following clinical features: headache and cardialache, unsteady arterial blood pressure, giddiness and tachycardia. Instrumental features include initial vegetative amphotonia and hypersympathicotonical vegetative jetness according to data of the cardiointervalography and also difficulty of venous flow off as to results of rheoencephalography.
