Abstract	This article is an attempt to elaborate the algorithm and solve optimizing problems for ensuring stable development to businesses in case the management area is not specified. This article studies and determines the basic approaches for ensuring stable development, proposes the algorithm and solves a range of optimizing problems. There is also given a number of recommendations for applying certain optimization methods at different stages of a business subject`s development.
