Abstract	Comparison study of apoptosis of blood mononuclear phagocytes and neutrophils was carried out in 32 asthmatic patients with normal and obesity. The reduction of spontaneous apoptosis of mononuclear phagocytes and neutrophyls was revealed in overweight patients. It was accompanied by relative insufficiency of Fas-receptor’s expression on cell surfaces. This is a one of aggravating mechanisms of bronchial asthma course in these patients.
