Дифференцировка Т-лимфоцитов при хронических вирусных гепатитах

Abstract

Precursors of T cells migrate from the bone marrow and mature in the thymus, passing through a series of stages that can be distinguished by the differential expression of CD44 and CD25, the CD3/T-cell receptor complex proteins, CD4 and CD8. CD4 helper T cells then differentiates into two main clones: Th1 and Th2 cells. Th1 cells produce a range of cytokines and surface molecules that activate infected macrophages, kill chronically infected senescent macrophages, recruit fresh macrophages to site in infection, and stimulate of bone morrow production of new macrophages. CD4 Th2 cells are essential in the activation of B cells to secrete the antibodies that mediate humoral immune responses directed against extracellular pathogenes.
