Abstract	The classic theory of plates have a limit application in dynamic problems. In the cases of considerable thicknesses and high frequencies the inertia of rotation and shear of element are took into account. This boundary problem with the help of proposed integral presentations of solution is led to the system of singular integro-differential equations.
