Abstract	Theoretical and methodical approaches to the analysis of effective capital structure are considered in this article. The accent are made on research of factors witch have an influence on capital structure. The necessity of forming of effective capital structure is substantiated. The analysis was made by using method of weighted average cost of capital and effect of financial leverage.
