Abstract Using the structures of the triangle dielectric prism -band grating type the processes when transformating the surface waves into the volumetrical ones are simulated in practice. The practical results are compared with the results of the numerical analysis for the such system. On the basis of the comparison it may be concluded that there is possibility to realization in the concrete modern devices schemes with the metal- dielectric structures for the extremely super high frequencies.
