Abstract |
The study of adrenal cortex substance in write male-rats by microscopic method at increased level of heavy metal salts consumption (Ni,Co,Cr,Pb,Zn,Cu) has shown that after stop of salts in fluency there appeared the changes in adrenal glands resulting in expressed cortex dystrophic changes leading to the development of necrotic processes. The adrenal cortex substance has been sharply narrowed at the expense of a bundle zone and it has some sclerosis areas on its space. On separate areas the bundle zone looked like a narrow stripe. Reticular zone has been least changed by the sclerotic processes.
