Abstract	The object of this study is the software for the implementation of distance learning course "Systems analysis and decision theory.". The elaborated software consists of Java Server pages, Java Servlet and MATLAB functions library. The developed software product should allow to get accurate calculation results online, as well as provide remote access to the course without having to install additional software from the user.
