Abstract	The purpose of the research is design and implementation of decision support system based on social media. The peculiarity of this system is an approach based on using the ability of microbloging that enables to form a knowledge base of users and systems messages that use social media as a medium of communication. This approach allows you to perform complex automatically created queries to regularly updated knowledge base and extract the necessary information in the form of reports.
