Abstract	In the process of innovation theory the concept of innovation diffusion is one of priority areas. Diffusion of innovation theory seeks to explain: how, why and at what rate new ideas and technology spread through different cultures. Diffusion can be defined as a process which has different intensity by which innovation spreads in a social system in time and space.
