Abstract |
Mn-doped AIIBIVCV2 semiconductors bulk crystals were grown by direct melting of base components with fast cooling. Structural and magnetic properties of samples were investigated. Analysis of the temperature dependence of the magnetization reveals three types of magnetic species: the substitutional Mn ions making Mn complexes (especially dimers), the MnAs micro- and nanosize precepitates.
