Abstract	У статті запропоновані теоретичні і методичні підходи оцінки економічної ефективності діяльності підприємства будівельної галузі на основі використання факторного аналізу. Досліджуються чинники зниження ефективності діяльності підприємств галузі та пропонується комплекс управлінських рішень щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств галузі. It revealed the main reasons of low level performance of the companies of the industry and offers the development of the necessary management solutions for its improvement; identified major reserves to reduce costs, found an opportunity to increase the net income of the company; estimated the effectiveness of the company before and after the introduction of the proposed measures.
