Increased attention to the ecological aspect of logistics activity is caused by the fact that the most motivating factor for the companies is a wish to make an ecological company image. According to the researchers, soon the most of consumers will prefer companies that use «green» vehicles and «green» logistics solutions. That’s why the purpose of the article is to analyze the differences between the implementation of concepts of «green» logistics to the multinational companies and to the companies in developing countries, which are based on an analysis of its key incentives, benefits, and level of logistics services. Within the «ecological logistics» concept the major tasks of logistics in the process of greening of the environment are outlined, such as waste management, traffic management and packaging. The results of the analysis. The level of implementation of green logistics in industrialized countries differs from developing countries, not only because of much smaller number of international companies, but also because of the unsolved problems, which are related to the development of logistics infrastructure, poor quality of logistics services and their high cost. Comparison of key incentives of the implementation of «green» logistics concepts indicates their exceptional image character, while the issues related to the improving the efficiency of business processes and reducing costs are going to the second plan. Analysis of the level of logistics of separate components, from which an integral indicator of develompent of logistics is formed, allows to detect that the most important thing for Ukraine to improve the efficiency of logistics is timely execution of orders and the level of tracking goods, while factors that inhibit the development of logistics at this stage are low quality and high cost of customs services, poor logistics infrastructure development and underutilization of capacity transit in Ukraine. Analysis of the projects of «green» logistics also points out that these measures can be implemented within multinational companies not only because of the high cost of their implementation, but also because of the need of wide network of subsidiaries, and the total capacity of them will allow to get the economies of scale from the implementation the environmental measures in the field of logistics. However, there are some «green» technologies that can be implemented within small companies, including: reuse of packaging, thermo-insulation of warehouses, refusal of paper documents, reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere by planning optimal routes. Conclusions and directions of further researches. Thus, we can make a conclusion, that peculiarity of the implementation of «green» logistic at this step is its active implementation within multinational companies. The key incentive for them is a desire to create a socially responsible company image. Instead, the implementation of new logistics concepts in developing countries is hampered by insufficient development of logistics infrastructure and the lack of financial resources, which are available in the company. So, the subject of our further researches is the development of effective methods and tools of implementation of «green» logistics to the domestic enterprises.
