Abstract |
Present results of studies of the phase composition, microstructure and magnetoresistive properties of
three-layer film Fe / Pt / Fe (total concentration of platinum atoms сPt 20 аt. %) and multilayers based on Fe
and Pt (20 сPt 33 аt. %), where possible formation diluted s.s. of Pt atoms in -Fe layers and phase Fe3Pt
based on Pt island, in non-annealed and annealed to 800 K states. Analysis of the results combined with literature
data suggests that the phase composition of the magnetic grains did not significantly affect the efficiency
of spin-dependent electron scattering.
