Abstract |
The technology deposition of film materials with spin-dependent scattering of electrons based on Co
and Ag by electrochemical method from sulfate and iodide electrolytes described. The kinetics of electroreduction
of Co and Ag from this electrolytes. Determined phase composition of multilayer coatings based on
Co and Ag before and after thermal annealing to temperatures T = 523-743 K.
