Abstract |
In graphene superlattice the direct current induced in perpendicular direction with relation to the superlattice
axis by cnoidal and sinusoidal electromagnetic waves under the presence of longitudinal constant
electric field was calculated. Direct current dependences on the cnoidal wave amplitude and on the
longitudinal electric field intensity were investigated. Direct current dependence on the cnoidal wave amplitude
was shown to have resonant character.
