Abstract	У статті наведено характеристику інтересів суб’єктів ринку автотранспортних послуг, представлена модель підтримання балансу інтересів в системі «держава-автотранспортне підприємство - споживачі послуг» та запропоновано баланс фінансових потоків в сфері автотранспортного процесу. Пропонується визначити засади раціонального управління фінансово-грошовими потоками на основі використання теорії раціонального вибору. Предложено рациональность управления финансово-денежными потоками определять на основе теории рационального выбора (ТРВ). При цитировании документа, используйте ссылку http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/36498 Considering the financial rations, which develop in a society between carriers of economic interests of the basic subjects of economy, it is possible to specify, that less attention is significant is given to a rating of efficiency of these ratios, that is it is necessary to put of a question on rationality of their construction. The production of a problem about necessity of construction of the rational rations permits more deeply to examine character of the rations, which arise between the subjects of economy to define positive and negative factors, which influence their development to class these rations. For definition of rationality of the financial rations we were the used basic situations of the theory of rational choice and the balance of financial streams in sphere of the motor transportation process is offered which can be used at development of the mechanism of the balanced development of economic interests.
